2. Product Description
Each Blind Date with a Book parcel contains a mystery book paired with bookish treats.

If you select a ‘New’ book, you will receive a brand-new, unread copy.

If you choose a ‘Pre-Loved’ book, your book will be gently pre-owned, carefully selected to ensure a great reading experience.

Books come in a variety of genres, chosen by the customer or left as a surprise.

Pre-loved books may show light signs of wear but will be intact and readable.

While we carefully curate selections, there is a possibility you may receive a book that you have already read or own. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee unique selections for each individual customer.
3. Ordering & Payment

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept payments via PayPal and credit/debit cards, processed securely through a third-party payment provider.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.
4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days via Royal Mail.

Delivery times vary depending on location.

If an order is delayed or lost, we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue. However, we are not liable for postal delays.

We only ship to Mainland UK—unfortunately, we cannot send orders to Northern Ireland, Ireland, or international destinations at this time.

Due to the mystery nature of the product, we do not accept returns based on personal preference.

Refunds/replacements are offered if an item arrives damaged or defective.

Customers earn points for every eligible purchases.
